What are the dimensions of the unit?

Our fleet tracking unit is 2 ½ inches x 3 ½ inches x 1 inch tall

How often does the unit report?

  • When the vehicle is running the unit will report every 1-, 5- or 10-seconds. Depending on the monthly plan purchased
  • When the vehicle is off, the unit will report once every thirty minutes

What do the lights on the device mean?

The lights indicate power and are used for diagnostic purposes.

Do your units work anywhere in the U.S.?

Yes. The units work in all 50 states, Canada and Mexico.

Is there an external antenna that attaches to the device?

Yes, a small concealable combo GPS/cellular antenna is tucked neatly under the dash

Does the device need to be recharged at any time after connected?

The hard wired device needs no charging, however, the mobile device will need charging from time to time.

Yes, vehicle locations and times are pinpointed from the Global Position System satellites and relayed to our data centers over the cellular network in real time.

Yes, we have many reports available that can be viewed online or opened in an Excel format.

Yes, you have options to get email alerts for speeding, Zone, Panic and ignition.

How do I view my vehicle activity?

You can view your vehicle activity by logging in to our system from any internet-enabled PC. Please note that the faster the connection speed, the faster our software will run.
